By creating a GradTalent account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use GradTalent.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
GradTalent is a career management platform that provides:
• AI-powered job matching and discovery
• Automated CV and cover letter generation
• Auto-application to jobs on your behalf (paid plans)
• Career coaching and consultant support
• Application tracking and portfolio tools
We do not guarantee employment or job offers. Job search outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including employer requirements, market conditions, and your individual profile.
You are responsible for:
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the information in your profile is accurate and up-to-date
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
On paid plans, our AI agent can apply to jobs on your behalf. By enabling Auto-Apply, you:
• Authorise GradTalent to submit applications using your name, CV, and cover letters
• Confirm that all profile information is truthful and accurate
• Understand that you remain responsible for representations made in applications
• Accept that we cannot guarantee which jobs the agent applies to in real-time
You can disable Auto-Apply at any time from your dashboard. We are not liable for any applications submitted by the agent while the feature is active.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing:
• You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
• Your Early Access Founder's rate is locked in for life as long as you remain subscribed
• If you cancel and resubscribe, standard pricing applies
• No refunds are issued for partial months
• You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
You must not use GradTalent to:
• Provide false information in job applications
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to bypass our security or access other users' data
• Use our AI tools to generate fraudulent credentials or qualifications
• Scrape or extract data from our platform
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable Irish or EU law
Documents generated by GradTalent's AI tools (CVs, cover letters, etc.) are provided as-is. You are responsible for:
• Reviewing all AI-generated content before submission to employers
• Ensuring generated documents accurately represent your qualifications
• Any consequences arising from inaccuracies in generated content
GradTalent does not guarantee the quality or fitness for purpose of AI-generated documents.
Medium and Pro plan subscribers are assigned a career consultant. Consultants provide guidance and support but do not guarantee employment outcomes. Consultant availability is subject to reasonable scheduling and response times. GradTalent reserves the right to reassign consultants as needed.
GradTalent and its technology, design, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of your personal data and documents. By using our platform, you grant us a limited licence to process your data to deliver the service.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of GradTalent without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, GradTalent shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of employment opportunities or income
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Downtime or service interruptions
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your account.
